We’re looking for driven and persuasive individuals to join our team as 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 – 𝗜𝗻𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀. In this role, you’ll handle incoming calls or chats from potential and existing customers, not just to answer questions, but to turn interest into action. Your goal is to understand customer needs, recommend the right services, and close the sale, all while creating a great customer experience.

Education: At least High School or Senior High School graduate

Experience: BPO experience is a plus, but fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written English; confident in engaging with customers

Sales & Persuasion: Must have a sales-driven mindset and persuasive skills to influence customer decisions

Tech-Savvy: Basic computer navigation and typing skills

Availability: Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays

Attitude: Goal-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to meet performance targets

Team Spirit: Can thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment
