Our Founder

Zeus “Sonny” Divina is a seasoned leader in business growth, expansion, and brand building, with deep expertise in sales and marketing that drives measurable results across industries.

During his time at Convergys (now Concentrix), he played a key role in its expansion in the Philippines, helping build it into the largest private employer and one of the most recognized BPO brands in the country.

He has held senior leadership roles in sales and marketing, business development, expansion, and new product development across multiple industries, giving him a well-rounded view of how businesses operate and scale.

He later served as Global Head of Talent Acquisition for one of the largest Filipino-owned IT companies in the country, where he focused on building teams aligned with business direction.

A graduate of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines College of Accountancy, Sonny founded ZP Divina Consultancy Firm Inc. with a clear goal: to help businesses move forward with the right strategy, the right people, and the right support.
